The Summerville Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive outpatient physical rehabilitation services for adult and pediatric patients in the Charleston, SC area. The Center is located on Summerville Medical Center’s campus at 105 Burton Avenue, Suite A-B.

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
